'Niido Powered by Airbnb' Will Be Available for Rent in Florida

'Niido powered by Airbnb' is a 300-unit apartment building in Kissimmee, Florida, which aims to accommodate the more nomadic Airbnb host, in addition to their guests.

Targeting those who travel far more than the average host, these Airbnb-branded apartment buildings enable tenants to sublet their unit through the app for up to 180 days per year. The units come complete with keyless entry, and secure storage for hosts who will be gone for an elongated period of time. The building will be built and owned by Newgard -- a development group that will attain a 25% cut of the Airbnb host's profits.

Newgard plans to expand its service, stating that it aims to build 2,000 Airbnb-branded units over the next two years.
