The New Taipei City Museum of Art Proposal by OTA+ features a futuristic design that is organic and free-flowing in form. The sensationally squiggly structure is designed to appear as if floating above ground.

From its many unconventional volumes to its curvilinear structural elements, this off-kilter cultural center is meant to be home to a contemporary art museum, children's art museum along with a slew of administrative office spaces.

In addition, the museum will house an underground lecture hall, an art resource center, library, classroom areas and grand atrium spaces showcasing natural light.
