Glazed Transparent Architecture

Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis Builds a Stunning Home in California

Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis Architecture studio has put together a stunning home in California, making the most of the surrounding views by putting in primarily glazed transparent glass throughout the abode.

This glass is also complemented by sandstone in certain sections, as it's important to have some privacy in the home. The client wanted a space to feel comfortable in, and one where they could do art and have that sense of escape from the real world. Judging from the views and the beautiful design of the house, these needs have been met.

Large oak trees were brought in for landscaping around the home, which gives the area a bit more vegetation since it can be quite dry throughout the year.
