Extra Butter's Neo-Tokyo Collection is Inspired by Akira

Extra Butter introduces its latest Neo-Tokyo collection for the Spring 2019 season, comprised of four pieces in total. The range draws inspiration from the animated cyberpunk film, Akira. The capsule translates the theme through the color palette, captivating the bright neon hues and fast motorcycle pace, as well as the ominous city landscapes in the film.

The four pieces include an anorak, a hoodie, a crewneck sweater, and a waterproof jacket -- all of which are complete in a dark hue contrasted by neon tones at the collar, branding, and zippers. One of the standout pieces is the Otomo waterproof jacket, which features ventilation components, reflective branding, and a sealed seamed taffeta interior. The Neon-Tokyo capsule is set to launch on March 8th.
