National Geographic, the science and natural history magazine, has been in publication for 128 years, and 'National Geographic Infographics' is a collection of illustrations that have appeared in the various issues over that time. Since its inception in 1888, National Geographic has included artists' renderings of data and information -- what the internet has termed infographics.
