Nike’s newest Air Force 1 Low ‘Nail Art’ is exactly what the name suggests: the new colorway is inspired by nail art, dressed in shades of Nike’s popular ‘University Blue’ fabric. The midsoles, overlays, toe boxes, tongues, and heel tab are a crisp, clean white color, while the Swoosh takes on a cloud pattern. A silver Swoosh charm on the laced eye stays adds a unique touch to the otherwise traditional Air Force 1 silhouette.
The cloud print is a reference to the nail art community and Nike’s director, Jessica Washick, who also has experience as a nail artist. Washick’s hand graces the insole of the left shoe. The Air Force 1 Low ‘Nail Art’ will be released in the near future, with prices to come.
