These Ingenious Images by Nacho Rojo Explore Romantic Pairings

These amazing images by Spanish photographer Nacho Rojo explore how we choose romantic partners that mirror one's own style and looks. The images depict nine couples photographed side by side. Everyone from grungy rockers, to preppy nerds, to retro greasers, sixties mods and even chavs are profiled in these anthropological couple photographs.

Take a closer look at the photographs and you'll realize that all of the nine couples are actually the same two people. In his project titled Couples, the Madrid-based photographer has created a collection of images that make one think about the people we choose as boyfriends and girlfriends. They say that opposites attract, but these images would suggest otherwise. Nacho Rojo is a multi-talented artist who works throughout the fields of art direction, illustration and photography.
