Seattle-based clothing retailer Tommy Bahama recently opened a multi level restaurant, bar and clothing store in Waikiki. This unique collaboration of boozy beverages and fashionable clothing is an example of how retailers can combine two elements to create one cohesive experience.

The multi-level restaurant is located inside a three storey building and uses the different levels to separate it bar, eatery and retail clothing shop. Consuming a total area of 19,000 square feet, Tommy Bahama utilizes every inch of its new retail space. The rooftop is home to the bar where there is a built-in sandbox patio. The middle level of the building is the restaurant and the lower level is the retail shop.

This unique experiential shop and dining space offer guests the opportunity to check out some unique fashions and accessories before indulging in the restaurant's fresh food menu. Consumers are then encourages to end the night on the rooftop with one of the brand's signature cocktails and a panoramic view of Honolulu.
