Vegan Burger-Centric Eateries

Monty's Good Burger Was Inspired by the Impossible Burger

While the innovative Impossible Burger can now be found in many major restaurant chains, Monty's Good Burger is a new eatery that is basing its entire menu around the plant-based burger. As co-founder Bill Fold describes: "We came across the Impossible Burger at Crossroads Kitchen in LA about 18 months ago. Once it became available to purchase wholesale, we thought it would be an incredible opportunity to open Monty’s at the Riverside Food Lab."

Monty's Good Burger is set to open in Riverside, California as of May this year, offering both single and double burgers made with none other than the Impossible Burger. Some of the other health-focused fast food items on the menu will include kale caesar salads, julienne fries and tater tots, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients gathered within a 30-mile radius.

The Impossible Burger is now sold through over 1,000 restaurants, with many establishments attributing an increase in both guests and gross sales to the meatless burger.
