Shake Shack Served the New Monteverde Chicken Parm for One Day Only

Shack Shack recently debuted a very exclusive sandwich called the Monteverde Chicken Parm. The catch is that it was only available for one day.

Shake Shack recently teamed up with Sarah Grueneberg, the executive chef and partner of Monteverde. Together, the duo launched a one-day-only collab sandwich, which was exclusively available at the River North Shac location in Chicago. The limited-edition Monteverde Chicken Parm consisted of a crispy chicken breast topped with Monteverde’s spicy tomato sauce, fresh basil, sliced buffalo mozzarella cheese, giardiniera buttermilk mayo, and shredded greens. The whole thing was served on a toasted potato roll.

The Monteverde Chicken Parm sandwich was designed to raise money for a good cause, with all proceeds donated to Inspiration Kitchens, which is a non-profit organization that trains low-income and homeless Chicago residents for careers in the food industry.
