The BUBO Modular Digital Microscope Has a Detachable Display

The BUBO modular digital microscope is a dual-mode piece of scientific equipment engineered to accommodate research in the lab, but also out in the field. The device is engineered with a two-in-one design that can be used in desktop microscope mode to let users enjoy a digitized experience that will relay magnifications to the 4.6-inch HD screen. The microscope also allows the screen to be removed to accommodate handheld mode when looking at specimens in the field to maximize capabilities.

The BUBO modular digital microscope is equipped with a 12MP CMOS sensor and eight LEDs to achieve a maximum magnification of 1,800x and a low level of 100x. The microscope is being launched as part of a Kickstarter campaign.
