Modern Eggchitecture

Berlin's Free University is a Work and Study Mecca

This inspirational work of architecture is for The Free University of Berlin and was eight years in the making. It is built to serve as a work and study mecca that is environmentally stimulating. The neat lighting and the artistic and modern egg-like design is setting the bar for architects everywhere.

Implications - The architectural wonder is made even more extravagant due to the fact that it contrasts so well with its angular and straight-edged surroundings. I can only hope architects everywhere are inspired and begin emulating these sorts of designs in areas closer to me.

The Free University may have took eight years to build, but judging by the above gallery, it was worth the wait.
