BMW Gets Small With the MINI Coupe Concept Car

When you think of the MINI you think of a cute, small car. So what do you call one that is smaller? A Tiny? BMW’s MINI Cooper has just introduced a new (smaller!) concept car, the MINI Coupe.

Exactly the same as any other MINI below the seatbelt, the Coupe is 5cm. shorter in height, and about 100kig. lighter due to the removal of the back seats. And making sure that it can keep up with the kids these days, German designer Gert Hildebrand was inspired by his son's backwards baseball cap when creating the Coupe’s floating roof. As to whether it will move past the concept stage has yet to be determined.
