Noodles & Company Has a New Mexican Street Corn Salad for Summer

Summer is salad season and Noodles & Company is embracing the warmer weather with the debut of three new globally-inspired salads: the Asian Apple Citrus Salad, the Mexican Street Corn Salad, and the Quinoa Chop Salad.

All of the new salads are inspired by global flavors and fall in line with the brand's brand’s ongoing commitment to create healthy menu options that don't sacrifice flavor. The first of the new salads is the Asian Apple Citrus Salad, which features a topping of fresh avocado, crispy chow mein noodles, and black sesame seeds. Next up is the Mexican Street Corn Salad, which is like a deconstructed version of the popular Mexican streetfood. Finally, there's the Quinoa Chop Salad which features grilled chicken and a punchy ginger citrus vinaigrette.

All three of the new salads are currently available at at participating test locations in Colorado, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and California.
