The Merrell MTL Adapt Matryx running shoes have been shown off as the brand's most advanced trail runner yet that's ready for wear in an ultramarathon to handle all-day races and adventures with ease.
The shoe was designed in the brand's Merrell Test Lab and constructed with feedback directly from ultra athletes to help hone in on the must-have features and materials. The shoe features the MATRYX technology in the upper that's made with woven mesh reinforced with Kevlar that's lightweight, durable and inherently breathable. The shoe is paired wit the FloatPro+ Foam that will deliver impressive padding and support underfoot, while the firm sidewalls further enhance stability.
The Merrell MTL Adapt Matryx running shoes are rounded out with a padded collar, reflective accents, a smart lacing system and a Vibram MegaGrip outsole.
