Flexible Toy Car Tracks

Lionel's Mega Tracks Create Courses for Cars That Defy Gravity

At the New York Toy Fair this year, Lionel revealed 'Mega Tracks,' a futuristic car toy for kids.

Lionel is a company with hundreds of years of history and a reputation for making model railroads and train-related toys. Its newest product, the Mega Tracks Corkscrew Chaos Master Set diverts from tradition by trading locomotives for spaceships and allowing kids to create gravity-defying courses for toy vehicles. The system consists of two main pieces: a bendable single-rail TwisTrack and a series of clamps that provide support to the whole unit. Once everything is in place, the racing car can be controlled by kids using a wireless controller.

Unlike many other toy car track sets, this one is not rigid and does not limit the number of configurations that toys can successfully run on.
