The latest of the Team Fortress character videos is out with the 'Meet the Pyro' interview. The hilarious mock interviews began nearly three years ago with the Scout and Heavy from the popular online multiplayer shooter.
Each consecutive interview has become more intricate and impressive and the Pyro video is the perfect finale to a wonderful series. Revolving around the victims of the Pyro's lust for flame and destruction, the interviewees pose the question of "what inhuman thoughts lie behind that mask."
It turns out that from the point of view of the Pyro he lives in a wonderful fantasy land full of unicorns, rainbows and lollipops. The video becomes a juxtaposition between the land of dreams in the Pyro's imagination and the real world in which his actions wreak havoc, death and destruction all around him. The hilarious promo video is terrifying in the most whimsical of ways.
