McCain Foods is announcing the launch of two new South Asian-inspired products in its Flavours Of The World range—Masala Fries and Chili Garlic Potato Bites—with the McCain Masala Movie, which promises the full Bollywood experience.
Inspired by bold flavors, the McCain Masala Movie pays homage to Bollywood's masala genre, which blends elements of action with comedy, romance and drama into a single film. Directed by the Mumbai-born director Nitin Menon, the entire short film was shot in Mumbai, uniting a talented crew of Bollywood artisans and technicians. The story starts with a mix-up at a market between two sellers, one who deals in McCain fries and the other in masala spice, and their adventure begins.
