Maine Seafood Lighthouse is an Extravagant Seafood Tower

If you're looking for a way to take your next summer party to a whole new level, look no further than the new Seafood Lighthouse.

The Maine Seafood Lighthouse is a product created through a partnership between Luke’s Lobster, SoPo Seafood, and the Maine Seafood group. The new product is essentially a seafood tower that serves as an edible tribute to Maine's 65 iconic lighthouses. The lighthouse-shaped seafood tower comes in two different variations, and each features a mix of lobster, crab, and scallops. Customers will also receive oysters or clam chowder depending on whether they purchase their tower from Luke’s Lobster or SoPo Seafood. As Jeff Nichols, Communications Director at Maine Department of Marine Resources, explains, "This summer, we wanted to create something fun for seafood lovers that highlights two of Maine’s icons: delicious, high-quality seafood and coastal lighthouses"
