These Low-Sugar Jams from The Skinny Food Co are Gluten-Free

Jams are a breakfast staple in the UK but are notorious for having a high level of sugar, which is being further addressed by The Skinny Food Co with its expansion of its low-sugar jams range. The new options include the Black Cherry and Orange Marmalade jams, which are both reported to contain 93% less sugar than other varieties the market along with 85% less calories. The jams are also free from gluten and fat, while also maintaining a recipe that's vegan, high in fiber and diabetic-friendly.
