Loose Joints by Joscha Weiand Brings DIY Projects to Another Level

For those who fancy themselves modern-day versions of MacGyver, the Loose Joints kit could help them along their way to solidifying their case. While the truly ingenious and resourceful individual will not need the extra help to create furniture out of thin air, Loose Joints creates something a little more resilient and good-looking than duct tape and mismatched materials would allow.

Designed by German designer Joscha Weiand, the Loose Joints kit was created for his thesis project while studying at the Design Academy Eindhoven. Comprised of seven types of dice-sized white plastic joints and a pile of simple wooden poles, these Loose Joints components come together to create sturdy frames for clocks, chairs, shelving and more.
