Reebok Unveils The Liquid Floatride Run Sneakers Using New Technology

Reebok unveils its unique Liquid Floatride Run sneakers that have the label's all-new Liquid Factory technology implemented in its construction. This technology lifts the weight off by 20% compared to the original Floatride run sneakers, but this time, with two added elements -- the liquid lace and the liquid grip. This unique concept made its first debut back in 2016, using a digital process based on 3D drawing techniques. The liquid material is used to create clean and precise drawings of the shoe and then followed by adding three-dimensional layering.

The liquid lace completely replaces the traditional lacing system on the new Liquid Floatride Run, with its stretch-to-fit, slip-on silhouette, while still enabling easy slip on and off. The liquid grip replaces the traditional rubber constructed outsole and is crafted in stripes, lightening the weight of the shoe dramatically. Reebok's Liquid Floatride Run sneakers will be available beginning March 21 on the label's website.
