The Life360 App Integrates with Uber's Rideshare Service

Life360 and Uber have launched an integrated experience that allows Life360 members to request and coordinate Uber Family rides directly within the Life360 app. This venture effectively combines Uber's ride platform and safety features with Life360's real-time location sharing to provide parents with greater visibility before, during, and after their loved ones' trips.

The integration enables parents to request rides to a family member's real-time location, with pickup details automatically populated in the Uber app. The trip progress can be tracked on the map in the Life360 app or within the Uber app. Only highly-rated, screened drivers eligible to accept these requests, and the service is being rolled out in select markets starting June 18, 2026.

This feature builds on Uber's existing teen account functionality, which allows users aged 13 to 17 to request their own rides and order food under parental supervision.
