Comprehensive Life Trackers

'Vytal' is a Life Tracker That Monitor's a User's Eight Vital Signs

Now that basic fitness trackers are beginning to be accepted by consumers, more extensive life trackers like Vytal are emerging to provide a more comprehensive report on one's overall wellness.

Vytal sets itself apart as a wearable device that's able to monitor eight vital signs: heart rate, respiration, activity, sleep cycles, stress, posture, temperature and hydration. Once this information is collected by the small wearable patch, Vytal sends this data remotely to a smartphone for better analysis.

Designed with the user in mind, the app makes it possible to isolate only the vital signs that are most relevant to a user. Someone wearing Vytal is able to get a sense of their health through simplistic animated icons, graphs and suggestions. As described on the project's Kickstarter page, "Vytal is not designed to be something you wear, it’s designed to be part of you."
