The New Le Méridien Zhengzhou Hotel is Contemporary and Cultural

This stunning new 28-storey luxury hotel Le Méridien Zhengzhou was designed by Shanghai-based architectural office Neri & Hu. Located in Zhengzhou, China, the Le Méridien Zhengzhou is like a wonderland that mixes historical traditions with modernity. With 350 rooms and suits for guests to enjoy, the hotel does a beautiful job at juxtaposing raw cultural elements with contemporary art and design.

The lifestyle-themed hub uses an earthy palette for its interiors that complements the floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for plenty of sunshine to steam in. However, it's the the architectural design of the hotel that is unique. The design has a archive look to it that is novel and timeless -- the archives are made of concrete and look like stacked metal boxes which are textured with motifs of the symbolic China Rose flower on the sides.
