These New Lazy Day Desserts Come in Two Flavors

These new Lazy Day desserts have been debuted by the Scottish bakery brand as its latest additions to its treat range that embrace nostalgic flavor experiences with an elevated recipe. The products are described by the brand as being elevated versions of nostalgic treats to thus work well for consumers who are gravitating towards foods with a newstalgic flair.

The new products come in the Choca Mocha Squares and the Caramel Blondie options, which are both arriving now at Tesco in the UK for £3.25 per pack. The Choca Mocha Squares feature Belgian dark chocolate, a crispy rice coating and coffee-flavored white icing, while the Caramel Blondie has chunks of golden biscuit in a caramel base with cherries, marshmallows and coconut.

Co-Founder Sally Beattie spoke on the new Lazy Day desserts saying, "Launching Caramel Blondie and Choca Mocha Squares feels incredibly exciting for us because they represent how far both the category and consumer expectations have come. The free-from category is evolving rapidly, and people no longer want products that simply ‘do the job’, they want bakery-quality taste, more adventurous flavour profiles and treats that feel every bit as exciting as traditional bakery products."
