The Latina Bodega by bybabba Boldly Celebrates Latinx Culture

Latinx culture is being paid homeage to in its entirety through this interactive and multi-faceted pop-up store at SHOWFIELDS in New York City. The temporary activation is curated by Babba C Rivera, who was a first-generation Latin immigrant from Sweden.

The pop-up experience opens to the public on August 28th. It will boast a variety of Latin-founded brands and businesses, ultimately facilitating a platform for these individuals to thrive professionally and gain exposure. Some of the brands include ready-to-wear fashion brand Siliva Tcherassi, farm-to-face skincare label Tata Harper, accessories and apparel company Hija de tu Madre, and more. In addition to this, the 'Latina Bodega' pop-up extends Latinx culture to the public through purposeful programming, featuring a group of panelists and speakers.
