Supercars as Wall Art

Lamborghini Becomes Living Room Showpiece

Using a Lamborghini as wall art? If you’re Newport Beach’s Robert Moriarty, that’s just what you do with your 1974 Countach once you get bored of driving it.

Moriarty hired some steady-handed guys to help raise it with a crane and then lower the black supercar he purchased 10 years ago (for $60,000) into his $2 million home, right through the skylight. Once permanently mounted on the wall, he plans to wire the car to the power in his house so the vehicle’s interior lights will function.

The last cool detail will be the addition of tire tread marks painted on the wall!
