Hokkaido is Japan’s northern island and is a place famous for many things. Not only is the enchanting place known for its ice festivals and seafood, but it is also home to many budding artists who get their inspiration from natural elements. One of these artists is Kouta Fukunaga, who carves vessels out of birch tree trunks.
