KitKat Dark is Launching in Two New Flavors in Australia

The KitKat Dark candy bars are a new offering from Nestlé in Australia that will provide consumers with a regional twist on the classic confection. The chocolates come in two flavor options including KitKat Dark with Tasmanian Mint along with KitKat Dark with Southern Australian Orange, which are crafted with premium ingredients. Both of the bars are characterized by their dark chocolate color that is swirled with orange or green marbling, depending on the flavor.

Nestlé Head of Marketing Confectionery Joyce Tan spoke on the new KitKat Dark candy bars saying, "Dark chocolate is synonymous with moments of everyday indulgence, and as Aussies increasingly spend more time at home, we’re seeing that they want to elevate their evenings with moments of decadence. So, we’re excited to take KitKat and dark chocolate lovers on a journey of discovery, exploring the provenance of Tasmania and Southern Australia with these new flavour pairings. Using quality ingredients from our own backyard, the new flavours add intrigue to our well-loved dark chocolate range as an indulgent and stimulating chocolate treat."
