Kerry has launched two sustainable plant-based processing aids for the beer industry. Biofine Eco and FermCap Eco are supposed to reduce environmental impact while keeping consumers and their health in mind. While FermCap Eco, a foam-control solution, increases fermenter capacity, enhances hop use, and gets rid of excess foaming and beer waste, Biofine Eco is a tool that significantly improves the clarification process for a smoother sip. Biofine Eco is also allergen-free and works seamlessly with and without a centrifuge.
