Most of us would describe a mullet as being "business in the front, party in the back" and the same could be said for the Katy Perry pink dress seen at the ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) awards.
Popstar Katy Perry sported a bright polka dot pink dress by designer Manish Arora, along with strappy black Jimmy choo shoes, for the awards. The printed frock was cute, I will admit, but for some, the hemline might have been too reminiscent of something most of us would like to forget.
