Open-Concept Jewelry Shops

Pandora's New Jewelry Store Design Increases Interaction

Following changes to the brand's distribution strategy, Pandora continues to make big changes to its jewelry store designs across the world.

The new store design was set up to better facilitate staff and consumer interaction, using updated "evolution jewelry fixtures," more space to move about, as well as a less formal feel. Counters are now strategically placed so that shoppers are able to stand beside a sales associate, rather than having a barrier between them. Wall-mounted display cabinets set up like photo frames subtly reference the power jewelry has to make lasting memories.

For the grand opening of the store, Pandora encouraged in-store engagement with photo booths and life-size jewelry towers where guests who spent more than $150 were eligible to pull a drawer from the unit and receive an additional piece of jewelry. So far, this new jewelry store design for Pandora concept stores has been rolled out overseas and in four locations across the United States.
