Jane Perkins Creates Beautiful Art With Garbage
As a big fan of Art Attack, I always loved how host British host Neil Buchanan could put together random items to create a massively huge work of art. Fellow Brit, Jane Perkins, has taken this same idea and run to Alaska with it. Stating that she had been inspired by Ecuadorian hairstylists that have taken broken pieces of jewellery and implemented them into their hair designs, Perkins also uses this same process towards her latest works of art. Making beautiful and lifelike portraits out of garbage, Perkins redefines my image of Art Attack. Sorry, Mr. Buchanan.
