Anyone who has been to Disney World knows that some of the best food can be found in Disney Springs and Jaleo is no exception. Lying just outside of Disney parks, José Andrés' new restaurant is serving up a giant paella that will make your jaw drop.
Jaleo's signature dish is a massive paella that is near and dear to José's heart. The dish is not only cooked over an open flame, but it's also celebrated each time it's ordered. Those who do choose to order the dish will enjoy a massive bowl of rice, seared proteins, sauteed veggies, and freshly grown herbs. The whole thing is extra large and can feed more than 20 people at a time. When the dish is plated, the chefs will also ring a cowbell and yell out "paella" to mark the occasion.
