Sony's Internet-Ready Bravia Lets Users Comment on TV Programs

Sony's newest line of Internet-ready Bravia TVs borrows technology from Nico Nico Douga, Japan's most prolific video sharing website. The result: a television whose users can comment and discuss shows together in real-time.

As television, video game and computer technologies continue to converge into one dedicated device, we'll see more products like Sony's Internet-ready Bravias. Much like watching a YouTube video on your PC, these new flat-screens include an unobtrusive comments section on the right side of the TV.

Should you choose to share your thoughts on the newest episode of "Game of Thrones," simply use the television's on-screen keyboard and broadcast your opinions. Once you've published your comment, the responses of other Bravia owners will flood in. Just remember: No spoilers!
