On the International Organization for Migration's site, visitors with an abundance of anthropological curiosity and a surplus of time can spend as much time as they'd like repeating this experiment with every country in the world.

In light of the recent refugee crisis, the interactive animated map aims to reveal how much migration takes place in the world, and how important it is for national and international governments to have sound policies in place to facilitate these ebbs and flows of human movement.
