Ben & Jerry's UK Launched a Vegan Ice Cream Burger for World Vegan Month

For World Vegan Month, Ben & Jerry's UK created a vegan ice cream burger as part of a limited-edition menu that's exclusively available at Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop locations in London, Rotterdam and Berlin. The dessert burger is layered in non-dairy ice cream, caramel sauce, biscuit pieces and caramel popcorn, as well as vegan-friendly marshmallows and a whipped topping. The vegan dessert burger is served on a brioche bun and offers a different take on the classic ice cream sandwich.

Also on the limited-edition menu are other items like the Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae, which spotlights Ben & Jerry’s new Non-Dairy Cookies on Cookie Dough ice cream and the Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate.
