Hy-Vee Brings its Reimagined Store Format to its Missouri Location

Hy-Vee redesigned some of its store formats to create a more intuitive shopping experience for consumers. Its latest reformatting is its Sunshine store located at 2150 East Sunshine Street in Springfield, Missouri. This marks the company's first Missouri store to harbor the new interior configuration.

Boasting 93,000 square feet, the store will feature several new departments and traditional Hy-Vee amenities. The store will also include an accompanying Hi-Vee Fast & Fresh convenience store on the west side of the parking lot, which will offer guests fresh on-the-go meals. Some options include the Market Grill Express, as well as fresh produce and fresh bakery items. This portion of the story operates from 5:30 am to 10 pm every day.
