Hotel Chocolat Better Way Bars Come in Two Options

The Hotel Chcoolat Better Way bars are a series of new chocolate bars from the chocolatier that will support sustainable cocoa farming practices by donating 100% of its sales to the cause. The bars come in two options including a 50% milk variety and a 70% dark version, which are both crafted using cacao beans sourced from Saint Lucia and Ghana. The bars are arriving in the UK market where shoppers can pick them up for £2.95 each, and are both infused with Ghanian chocolate praline with biscuits and pralines.

Marketing Director of Retail Lysa Hardy commented on the new Hotel Chcoolat Better Way bars saying, "We started our journey of understanding what it takes to grow truly sustainable cacao almost 20 years ago when we bought our cacao farm in Saint Lucia. We’ve spent this time educating ourselves and working with farmers in both Saint Lucia and Ghana, and experts such as Green Tropics, to develop gentle farming practices which have a better impact on nature."
