'Holy Chicken!' is a New Fast Food Joint Run by Morgan Spurlock

Ironically timed to coincide with National Fast Food Day, journalist and 'Super Size Me' director Morgan Spurlock has announced that he will be opening his very own QSR joint dubbed 'Holy Chicken!'. While it may seem strange for Spurlock to pursue a career in fast food after his unpleasant history with the industry, the new venture will be unlike any other chain.

According to Spurlock, Holy Chicken! will showcase a healthier side of fast food, with a commitment to sustainable and ethical practices. Spurlock explains that unlike other chains, "Everything about the food is made and backed with integrity and openness including closing the loop in sustainability by raising our own chickens." This means that the restaurant will only use 100 natural ingredients, including meat raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.

For those willing to postpone their National Fast Food Day celebration, Holy Chicken! will be open on Saturday, November 19th in Columbus, Ohio.
