It has always been common knowledge that there is no cure or vaccine for AIDS. However, scientists have had an amazing breakthrough in the development of a vaccine. A combination of two vaccines that did not previously work on humans has now been shown to reduce the risk of AIDS by 31%. The tests were run on the world’s largest AIDS trial ever of 16,000 Thai volunteers.

If scientists can develop a fully working vaccine, then no longer will there be long lectures about safe sex or a need for government supported ad campaigns. Now if only they could develop a vaccine for pregnancy...
