Startup company, Hipster, is looking for the perfect mobile engineers and ruby engineers and are offering a complete hipster overhaul as incentive.
The hipster overhaul package includes $10,000 in cash, Buddy Holly glasses, ‘stache grooming services, a year supply of Pabst Blue Ribbon, a fixie bicycle, worn brown boots, authentic skinny jeans as well as the traditional symbol of a male hipster, a pinstripe bow tie.
The hipster overhaul incentive package is a complete play off of the company’s name. The reason why Hipster wants hipsters? Because according to the site, applicants wanted are "individuals who are self-motivated and eager to learn; the type that would rather start their own business than work for someone else. This is an opportunity to be autonomous, important, and have substantial decision-making power."
