HEAD Students Create a Warped Setting at Milan Design Week 2014

Milan Design Week 2014 is underway, and some of the pieces to come out of the exhibit so far are stunning, including this surreal apartment by HEAD Students. The setting is conceived as a completely warped space, with rooms full of pink furniture and walls, as well as tables and chairs that are not your average shape.

The goal with this design was to challenge the relationship between people and spaces, and make onlookers question their everyday surroundings. Much of the time people take for granted the way apartments and certain materials look, so the HEAD Students wanted to defy these notions and show that there are other ways of doing things.
