Dogfish Head Brewery's Hazy-O! is Made with Oat Milk

The popularity of oat milk has led to the creation of everything from oat milk chocolate bars to flavorful non-dairy frozen desserts and Dogfish Head Brewery is adding to the ever-growing list of inventive products with Hazy-O!

Hazy-O! is brewed with four types of oats—"malted oats, providing cloudiness; rolled oats, creating a silky mouthfeel; naked oats, providing a subtle toasted and nutty flavor; and oat milk to amplify the haze and add to its silky soft, creamy mouthfeel for a beer that is incredibly juicy & hop-forward while being smooth and super-sessionable." The design on the tall can depicts a bullseye that represents the oats used in the brew.

To perfect the recipe for the 7.1% ABV Hazy IPA, Dogfish Head Brewery worked with Elmhurst.
