That awkward moment when you see another woman wearing the same dress is dramatized beautifully in this new Harvey Nichols commercial.
The scene is set at a Christmas party. As people mingle and sip on wine, the h'orderves get passed around until a woman walks in wearing a unmistakable red dress. A second woman, who is already in the party, spots her and glares at her menacingly.
As the staring contest continues, one woman gets so angry she shoots lasers out of her eyes. The laser shooting continues from both sides as they jump and hide all over the party. The laser shooting eyes are quite clearly a metaphor for the intense glares women are known for.
After a long battle between the two women, there is finally a victor. However, right before the commercial ends, a third woman appears wearing the same dress!
