The Harbinger HC Series Cab has been unveiled by the Los Angeles-based startup as a compact work truck model that's targeted towards medium-duty applications.
The truck will come in all-electric and hybrid models, and boasts an agile design that will accommodate easy entry and exits with a tight turning radius to support easy maneuvering in smaller lots. The vehicle also features a chassis that can be upfitted with cargo boxes or flatbeds to accommodate different applications. Operators will reportedly get up to 500-miles of range on the hybrid variant to accommodate all-day or long-distance driving scenarios.
Founder and CEO John Harris spoke on the Harbinger HC Series Cab saying, "For too long, fleets have had to compromise between payload, maneuverability, range and onboard capability. We engineered this platform to outperform legacy diesel options while unlocking new advantages through electrification and our range-extended hybrid system to enable real work in the field."
