Streetwear imprint Packer works in collaboration with Timberland to launch a new iteration of the 3-Eye Lug Handsewn Boat shoe model. The original was launched for the first time in 1978 with a Southwest-American aesthetic, now dubbed the Santa Fe model.
The classic footwear is made with an adventurous angle inspired by the area's 'legacy of craftsmanship.' The shoe's upper is made with a blend of suede in beige and tan tones, nodding to the textiles that are used by North American Indigenous people. The styles are also detailed with a braided leather lace that is influenced by a bolo tie with a turquoise stone. The bright blue gem is often in Native American material culture.
