Dyson has launched the "HushJet Mini Cool" fan, the brand's first portable handheld fan, designed to be worn, held or placed on a desk, priced at $99. The product weighs 212 grams and delivers airflow up to 25 m/s through the DC motor spinning at 65,000 RPM. It runs for up to six hours on a single charge across five speed settings, plus a Boost mode.
The fan's nozzle lowers airflow frequency to eliminate the high-pitched motor sound found in traditional compact handheld fans. It ships with a lanyard, charging stand and a USB-C cable, along with mounts and clips for summer travel. Three colorways will launch in staggered phases through June 2026.
