The hale Flow is a colourful nylon inhaler case with personalised engraving designed to enclose a standard Ventolin Evohaler and provide customisable name or image engraving. The case is made from PA12 nylon produced using selective laser sintering, with a wall thickness of approximately 1 mm that wraps closely around the inhaler without significant bulk. Concealed magnets built into the two halves allow the case to snap together without visible clips.
hale Flow is offered in three colour options: Lemon, Pink, and Black. The mouthpiece cap is bonded with a small dot of adhesive and the body includes subtle contouring and a matte, slightly grainy surface. The case is priced at £29 in the UK, positioned between inexpensive silicone sleeves and hale’s own aluminium Classic case, which is priced at £59. The product is compatible only with the Ventolin Evohaler and is made by founder Matthew Conlon in the UK.
